Spanish journalist, writer and editor with over 20 years of experience in the field of communication: radio, press print and digital. Specializing in editorial direction, Journalism 2.0 and author, co-author and coordinator of over 20 books and travel guides. He co-founded in 1996 the communications company, Pirineum Multimedia, dedicated to developing communication strategies, communication management departments to private and public companies, web development, cultural events and editorial and advertising production.
He has been Director of Communication for 2007 European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF), event which pertains to the European Olympic Committees and is sponsored by the International Olympic Committee. Member of the Writing Board for the travel magazine “El Mundo de los Pirineos”, he also has collaborated in writing for Spanish Magazines such as the Spanish edition of National Geographic Travel. In 2010, he won the “Felix de Azara” award in Spain; a national journalist award for the environment. Juan is graduated in Political Science at UNED in Spain.
