San Francisco Fútbol Club is a professional football team located in La Chorrera, Panamá, that plays in Liga Panameña de Fútbol, the top Panamanian football league. The club plays its games in Estadio Agustín Sánchez. San Francisco has won 6 LPF championships, the second highest total of any team since 1988. The club has also finished second 4 times since 1988.

San Francisco F.C. was formed in September 1971, to take part like team of football in the District Soccer League in La Chorrera. However, the club was originally called Club Deportivo La Previsora. Since then, it's been involved in the training of young sportsmen and collaborates in the development of the sport in The Chorrera. Thirty-eight years of continuous work make this club the most popular team in the history of soccer in the La Chorrera region. The club's current name is derived from the patron saint of the La Chorrera District, Francis of Paola (San Francisco de Paula).
