It's the day before our flight with the Bolivian airline and I'm not sure I wanted to know that.

We're due to travel from El Alto, the world's highest altitude airport which apparently already makes take-off that little bit harder anyway.

Dakar 2014 Stage 5 Motorcycle Results | KTM’s Coma Takes Lead

For the first time in the 2014 Dakar Rally, which takes riders 5427 miles in 13 days, the overall lead has changed. The switch in the lead occurred during Thursday’s stage five, which took riders 327 miles from Chilecito to Tucuman, Argentina. The stage was shortened due to extremely hot temperatures, and this helped propel three-time Dakar winner Marc Coma to the top. The Red Bull KTM 450 Rally pilot was extremely quick in the first 131-mile section of the stage’s timed special, but experienced a fuel leak at the start of the second section.

In Bolivia's top division, expect the unexpected

According to a song from the mid-'80s, you can't get a boat to Bolivia. But you might be able to get David Beckham there.

That is the idea of Marcelo Claure, a U.S.-based entrepreneur who is a friend and business partner of Beckham. Claure is also the moneyman behind Bolivar, one of the most important and traditional clubs in the land of his birth. He is apparently trying to lure Beckham out of retirement, hoping that he will be tempted to make a comeback for a couple of games in next year's Copa Libertadores, South America's equivalent of the Champions League.
