Eduardo Vicente Mosquera Mena, born on December 9, 1979 in Panama City, Panama, is a professional boxer, nicknamed "El Loco" for his unruly behavior. It was super featherweight world champion World Boxing Association and lost his crown to the Venezuelan Edwin Valero.

On April 30, 2005 he defeated Sor Yodsanan Nanthachai (Yodsanan 3-K Battery) winning the WBA title by a unanimous decision. The official scores were 118-108, 116-111, 115-112. In the fight, Nanthachai was knocked down three times (in the first, third and eleventh rounds). Mosquera also went down in the third round.

Champion Edwin Valero defeated Panamanian Vicente "El Loco" Mosquera by a tenth round KO in the August 5, 2006, in Panama City.

After three days of deliberations, a jury of conscience declared former super featherweight world champion World Boxing Association (WBA), Panamanian Vicente "El Loco" Mosquera, "not guilty" in a court of law in Panama. He was acquitted for the murder charge against him, and for which he had been imprisoned since September 2006, after a lengthy trial. 

Ex-World Champion Vicente Mosquera was acquitted of all charges through the hard work of his lawyer Silvio Guerra, and the support of his manager, Roger Espiño.

Today he is training to get back in shape and return to the championships.
