According to BMO’s latest Regional Labour Market Report Card, this Canadian city is the best bet right now for being employed.Researchers relied on several indicators, such as job growth, population changes, unemployment rate, employment rate, to analyze the labour markets of all Canadian cities.

The results aren’t promising for our country: 7 of 10 provinces posted employment declines. Indeed, only Ontario, Quebec and B.C. are recognized as creative territories for job openings.

The report states that Toronto and Vancouver are found on top of the ranking because they have not been affected by the plunge in oil prices.
