Stefany Hernández: "If you know what to do, you can make the difference"

"You have to be prepared and always know that you have what it takes to do all the things, is something that makes a difference. While other runners are serious and focused, I'm relaxed and calm" said Stefany Hernández who will travel this friday to France to participate on the third and fourth round of the BMX European League.

"For the first time I could do a good base job base between december and january, and that allows me to get to the season in a stable physical condition", said Hernandez from the Center of the International Cycling Union (UCI) in Aigle, Switzerland .

Hernández, who seized the third place in the final of the 1st valid of BMX World Cup this saturday and the gold medal at the 1st validof BMX European, held in Belgium in April, aims to extend his triumphs at international events in which she had participated .

She said that she felt confidence with her performance of Manchester, where she escorted the australian Caroline Buchanan and american Crain Brooke.

"I know I have to get on the top of the podium in the World Cup. Be constantly on track is something that gives me confidence, event though I know this events are in preparation for the World Cup in the Netherlands and the Central American and Caribbean Games (CAC) , said the BMX runner.

The BMX European League consists in eight rounds, which take place in different cities. Each valid of the BMX European League consists in two rounds: one on saturday and one on sunday. There are you have qualifying rounds, semi-finals and finals every day, and there are 8 BMX runners at the last two phases.
