Peruvian surfer Miluska Tello won the 2015 Rip Curl Pro Junior Series championship after defeating her Chilean opponent on Saturday in San Bartolo, Peru.

The surfer defeated Chilean Lorena Fica in the final draw on San Bartolo beach of Lima, Peru on Saturday, Feb. 28.

The two surfers competed with great intensity from start to finish, until Tello caught her last five promising waves and received scores of 7.17 and 8.67 on her two best waves, finishing at 15.84. This brought her to victory over Fica who finished at 4.27 and 5.73, coming short at 10 total.

This concluded the fourth day of the Women’s Championship Tour 2015 of the World Surf League (WSL) and the Rip Curl Pro Junior Series for women.
