Charlie Iturriaga has worked for seven years in Hollywood with directors such as David Fincher, with whom he collaborated in two movies "The Social Network" and "The curious case of Benjamin Button".

Iturriaga, 35, is now working as one of the visual effects coordinators in the thriller "Gone girl", a new Fincher film starring Ben Affleck, Neil Patrick Harris and Rosamund Pike. The movie is based on the novel with the same title by Gillian Flynn.

Carlos Hidalgo is another Mexican who has succeeded in Hollywood. As cinematographer, he collabored in "The fantastic world of Juan Orol" and "Guten tag Ramón". He also worked for Rob Schneider's new comedy series "Real Rob". Next year he will return to work in the indie film "Barco", starring Eva Longoria.

Other Mexicans that have succeeded in Hollywood behind the camera are Rodrigo Prieto (The wolf of Wall Street), Guillermo Navarro (Blade) and Emmanuel Lubezky (Gravity).
