Latin flavor with the venezuelan chef Lorena García at NASCAR

The venezuelan chef Lorena Garcia presented today her exclusive menu with latin cuisine flavors that NASCAR fans will enjoy for the 2014 racing season. 

Garcia, owner of restaurants, television personality, cookbook author and one of the most recognized hispanic chef in the U.S., expanded its partnership with Charlotte Motor Speedway this year, one of the more complexes racetracks in the country.

The Venezuelan dishes will be tasted by more than 250,000 fans who will come to watch the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race and Coca-Cola 600 in may, during the "10 Blockbuster Days of Racing". 

"It's an honor for me to bring this menu, which it was created with fresh ingredients and bold flavors of our latin cuisine, the center of the southern U.S. culture, and offer it to fans of this sport. The hispanic and southern food have so much in common" said Chef García.
