Hilton Worldwide plans to open 34 hotels in Mexico by mid-2016, encouraged by Mexico's economic and legal stability and the growth of the automobile industry in the country.

George Massa, vice president of development for Mexico, said that an investment of 340 to 360 million dollars will be required, and that Mexican investors will provide 90% of that amount.
