Tren Ecuador (Ecuador Train) and Tren Crucero (Cruise Train), Ecuadorian tourist attractions, are nominated for the Travvy Awards in the categories: 'Best Enterprise on Train Travels' and 'Best Global Train Experience'.

The Travvy Awards are annually presented by TravAlliancemedia, organization operating since 2002, building bridges between travel agents and tourists through digital media, with education and useful information for travellers. As part of TravAlliancemedia's work, Travvy Awards look forward to recognizing the highest excellence standards in the touristic industry worldwide, as the enterprise mentions in its web page.

The route of train Cruise, which connects the Ecuadorian capital, Quito, with the country's largest city, Guayaquil, is rapidly becoming one of the highlights of the country for its Andean landscape attractions that gradually gives way to vast plains along the Pacific.

On one hand, Tren Ecuador covers several routes in the Ecuadorian highlands, and it attracts visitors due to the landscapes and riches of indigenous cultures which are set in this region. Routes are between two to ten hours long. For Travvy prizes, votes are received until December 7th. To vote you must visit the following web link: http://www.travelpulse.com/account/register/registration-sign-in/

The pubic firm Ferrocarriles de Ecuador, in charge of the rehabilitation of the trains system, dating from early last century for touristic purposes and promotion of new initiatives, announced that people who support their vote may participate for a train trip for two. For participating, you should send a screenshot with the vote to comunicacion@trenecuador.com. The raffle will be made with the received e-mails.
