Few surprises are expected when the Selecao boss reveals his final group of 2014 for the Gillette Brasil Global Tour friendlies with Turkey and Austria

On Thursday Brazil coach Dunga will announce his squad for the upcoming Gillette Brasil Global Tour friendlies with Turkey and Austria.

The Selecao meet Turkey in Istanbul on November 11 before a clash with Austria in Vienna on November 18.

Brazil come into the final international break of the year on the back of four straight victories since Dunga succeeded Luiz Felipe Scolari as coach following their World Cup semi-final exit to Germany.

The 50-year-old began his second spell in charge of his country with 1-0 victories over Colombia and Ecuador in September before this month’s 2-0 win over Argentina in Beijing and 4-0 triumph over Japan in Singapore.

There were just two new faces in his original squad for the games with Argentina and Japan, but injuries meant Brazil arrived in Asia with seven additional arrivals in total.

Dodo and Mario Fernandes replaced Marcelo and Maicon in the initial list of 22, but Kaka, Souza, Juan Jesus and Romulo were drafted as late replacements for Ramires, Fernandinho, Marquinhos and Ricardo Goulart.

Marcelo Grohe was brought in as extra back-up in goal after Jefferson picked up a finger injury, though it didn’t prove serious enough to keep the Botafogo man from starting both matches in Asia.

Among those hoping to be named is former captain Thiago Silva, who has lost the captain’s armband to Neymar after injury has left him unavailable for selection since the World Cup.

Dunga has spoken repeatedly about establishing continuity in the squad, and few surprises are expected on Thursday when he selects his latest squad from CBF headquarters at 11:00 local time.
