Reigning champions Brazil edged closer to successfully defending their title at the International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) Blind Football World Championship with a victory over China in Tokyo.

The win means the South American Paralympic champions top Group B on seven points, while China finish second on five in the Japanese capital.

London 2012 bronze medallists Spain took on South Korea in dismal weather conditions, but the Group C match ended with a 0-0 score, meaning both teams finish the group stage on two points and with the same goal difference.

Colombia handed Turkey a 1-0 defeat to take third place in Group B and qualify for the next round with three points.

Meanwhile, Argentina and Germany drew 0-0.

The result sees Argentina wining Group C on seven points, while Germany is second on three and both teams qualify for the next round.
