This Monday night, Bob Abreu became the Venezuelan baseball player with more scored runs in Major League history by making his 1447 run, two more runs over Omar Vizquel record (1.445), the former owner of the title.

In this New York Mets vs. Philadelphia Phillies game, Abreu broke this record when he scored two runs. In this way, Abreu beat the previous record set by the Omar Vizquel and obtained the 79th place in all time’s MLB ranking. Abreu just needs 11 more scored runs to pass Albert Pujols (Los Angeles baseball player), who has 1.458 scored runs.

The MLB top scorer is Rickey Henderson with 2.295 scored runs.
